It's the first day of term in Sweet Valley High and Jessica and Lila are thrilled by the arrival of a glamorous new girl - supermodel Tatiana Thomas. Tatiana, however, has no time for them - or anyone else in school apart from, inexplicably, Todd. Enraged by Tatiana's contempt, Lila and Jessica are determined to take the new girl down a peg or two - with some help from Lila's ginormous Filofax. Plus Winston is regrettably creepy, Liz moons over surly Todd, one iconic character returns with a new look and we get very excited about the possible appearance of another.
