The winter carnival is here! And unlike in the book that bore its name, we actually get to see a lot of it, as the twins, Todd and Winston are all helping out at the fair. Todd's hoping to play on the basketball team again, so when the new basketball coach asks him to show his nephew Jason around the fair, Todd agrees. But Jason just wants to meet some local "babes" - and soon he's dating both the twins, using a fake name! Will Todd be able to convince Liz that her new beau is a sleaze? All this plus some cute Enid/Manny moments, Winston in handcuffs, and we come down with a dose of Spring Fever...
